MINNEAPOLIS AND ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Medica and SSM Health, two leading nonprofit healthcare organizations in the Midwest, today announced that they will form a strategic relationship to bring together their complementary strengths to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. focused on value for the members of the communities they serve.
Medica will invest in Dean Health Plan of Madison, Wisconsin, a subsidiary of SSM Health. Working together, the two health plans will focus on key areas such as operations, technology, and enabling value-based care to improve the member/patient experience.
